Model your ceramic coffee set

During this 3-hour workshop, you will discover the different modelling techniques with ceramists who are as competent as they are motivated to help you discover their daily life.

With the dynamic Marta, you will create a unique coffee set, just like you! 

Marta will guide you through the steps, using 3 traditional ceramic techniques, to create the set that suits you. 

Once your pieces are finished, the ceramists will fire them. Ceramics require two firings, you will have to wait about 1 month before getting your pieces back. 

Designing your own coffee set will not only allow you to discover the world of ceramics, but also to make your morning coffee truly unique!

Elise and Manon, both graduates of a Master's degree in ceramics from ENSAV La Cambre, joined forces with a common desire to create a place for sharing and training in ceramics. They wanted to provide a shared work space, fully equipped and adaptable over time to accommodate different audiences around creative projects with a social and civic purpose.

They welcome professional ceramists who practice and teach at the Atelier des Tropiques. The team of instructors is made up of young ceramists, all of whom specialise in a particular field of expertise and are keen to share their knowledge and know-how in a friendly and caring atmosphere.

The workshop is a bright space where the view of the trees through the bay window can only inspire the participants who walk through the doors of this welcoming place.
